What demographic reports are included with TheAnalyst® PRO?
TheAnalyst® PRO includes three powerful Infographic Demographic reports at no additional charge. These reports incorporate hundreds of demographic variables and present them in a visually engaging and easy to interpret format designed for client presentations, marketing packages, and investment analysis.
The three infographic reports are:
- Key Facts
- Population Trends
- Lifestyle and Tapestry
These reports provide a comprehensive snapshot of the market area, helping you quickly understand population characteristics, growth patterns, and consumer profiles.
Where does the demographic data come from?
All demographic data in TheAnalyst® PRO is provided through our partnership with ESRI, widely recognized as the world’s leading provider of demographic and geographic data. ESRI is trusted by governments, institutional investors, retailers, and major corporations for its accuracy and depth of data.
This partnership allows our members to access highly reliable demographic insights directly within the platform.
Why are the infographic reports included at no additional charge?
We believe demographic insights are essential for commercial real estate professionals to evaluate markets and communicate effectively with clients. By including these core infographic reports at no additional charge, we ensure all members have access to meaningful market intelligence as part of their standard workflow.
What are Premium Demographic Reports?
In addition to the infographic reports, TheAnalyst® PRO offers a suite of Premium Demographic Reports powered by ESRI. These reports provide deeper analysis and expanded datasets for users who require more detailed market research.
Premium reports include:
- Community Profile Infographic
- Executive Summary
- Demographic and Income Report
- Graphic Profile
- Housing Profile
- Dominant Tapestry Map
- Traffic Count Maps
These reports are especially useful for detailed site selection, market studies, investor packages, and formal client deliverables.
Why do Premium Demographic Reports require credits?
Because ESRI charges TheAnalyst® PRO each time a Premium report is generated, we pass these direct data costs through to members using a simple credit system. This approach allows us to keep TheAnalyst® PRO affordable while still providing access to industry leading demographic intelligence when needed.
Members only use credits when they choose to generate these enhanced reports.
How much do Premium Demographic credits cost?
Premium Demographic credits can be purchased in bundles of:
- 25 credits
- 50 credits
- 100 credits
Each Premium Demographic report uses one credit, and each credit costs $3.00 USD.
This gives members flexibility to generate deeper reports only when needed.
How do I decide when to use Premium reports?
Premium reports are ideal when you need:
- Detailed site selection analysis
- Market studies
- Investor presentations
- Client reports
- Income and housing analysis
- Traffic pattern insights
- Comprehensive due diligence
For many day-to-day analyses, the included infographic reports provide excellent insight. Premium reports can be added when additional depth is required.
Are the demographic reports suitable for client presentations?
Yes. Both the included infographic reports and Premium reports are designed to be presentation ready, with professional layouts that can be used directly in offering memorandums, proposals, marketing packages, and investment reports.
Is there training available to help me interpret the demographic reports?
Yes. TheAnalyst® PRO includes a dedicated training session available directly in the Training Center on your main dashboard titled:
Unlocking the Power of Demographics: TheAnalyst PRO’s Infographic Reports.
In this session, Todd Kuhlmann walks through each report and explains how to interpret the variables, what the data means, and how to apply the insights when advising clients, evaluating properties, or preparing marketing materials.
The training helps translate demographic data into actionable insights so you can confidently communicate trends and opportunities to your clients.
Why is ESRI data considered best in class?
ESRI combines extensive government datasets, proprietary research, consumer data, and advanced modeling to produce some of the most comprehensive demographic information available. Their data is widely used across industries including real estate, finance, retail analytics, and urban planning.
