How to Whitelist TheAnalyst® PRO Email Domains

To ensure you always receive important notifications, reports, and updates from
TheAnalyst® PRO, please add our sending domains to your email provider’s safe sender
list:
- TheAnalystPRO.com
- TheAnalystPRO.net (used for automated notification emails)
Following the steps below will prevent our messages from being filtered into your Spam or
Junk folders.

Gmail (Google)
1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right, then select See all settings.
2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
3. Click Create a new filter.
4. In the From field, type: @theanalystpro.com OR @theanalystpro.net
5. Click Create filter.
6. Check the box for Never send it to Spam.
7. Click Create filter to save.

Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live (Microsoft)
1. Sign into your Outlook.com, Hotmail, or Live account.
2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) and select View all Outlook settings.
3. Go to Mail > Junk email.
4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
5. Enter each domain: theanalystpro.com and theanalystpro.net
6. Click Save.

Yahoo Mail
1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
2. Click the Settings gear (⚙️) and choose More Settings.
3. Select Filters from the left menu.
4. Click Add new filters.
5. Give the filter a name (e.g.,TheAnalyst PRO).
6. Under From, choose contains and type: theanalystpro.com (repeat for
theanalystpro.net).
7. Under Then move the message to this folder, select Inbox.
8. Click Save.

Apple iCloud Mail
1. Log in to iCloud Mail at icloud.com.
2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) and select Preferences.

3. Go to the Rules tab.
4. Click Add a Rule.
5. Set: If a message is from → ends with → theanalystpro.com, then Move to Inbox.
6. Repeat for theanalystpro.net.
7. Click Done.

AOL Mail
1. Log in to AOL Mail.
2. Click Options → Mail Settings.
3. Select Spam Settings.
4. Under Allowed Senders and Domains, click Add.
5. Enter: theanalystpro.com and theanalystpro.net
6. Click Save Settings.

Final Notes
- After whitelisting, check your Spam/Junk folder and move any past emails from
TheAnalyst® PRO to your Inbox to train your email provider.
- If you use a corporate or custom email system, please share these domains with your IT
team so they can whitelist them on the mail server or firewall level.
